Heron work in progress

Thousand of little 'nibbles' accumulate from cutting each tile to fit.

He's coming along. I probably spent a half hour creating that fussy little eye of his.

Now I just need to put in the background. My husband is working on a frame for me so that this mosaic can be used indoors or out.
